Our Story

Carmichaels Building Services Ltd began its journey in 1978 as a small family-run business in Swansea, South West Wales. With a simple yet powerful vision to provide top-quality building and maintenance services with a personal touch the company was founded on the principles of hard work, honesty, and craftsmanship.

What started as a one-man operation with its founder Arthur Carmichael, quickly grew into a trusted building company in the community. Over the years, we expanded our team and services, always keeping our commitment to excellence at the heart of everything we do. From small home repairs to large-scale renovations, our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction earned us a reputation that stands strong to this day.
