Carmichaels has been building its facilities management arm since 1995 and expanding, with clients in Carmarthenshire and across the M4 corridor from Swansea to Staines, and further on to Essex and Southern England.

All types of enquiries are welcome, no job is too small in the effective management of property assets.

Service levels from small, one-off emergency calls, at any time of the day or night. We also provide one-off contracts works for small, through to individual and bundled contracts
